TheHomeschoolingCompany Creator Program Terms
These Creator Program Terms supplement TheHomeschoolingCompany Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By joining or participating in the Creator Program, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You do not have to be a homeschooler to participate, but you do need to use TheHomeschoolingCompany so that your content reflects real product experience.
Participation is subject to approval by TheHomeschoolingCompany. Approval may be revoked at any time.
2. Eligible Content
Eligible content must:
- Be original content created or controlled by you.
- Meaningfully feature, discuss, demonstrate, or relate to TheHomeschoolingCompany.
- Be publicly available on an eligible platform.
- Comply with the rules of the platform where it is posted.
- Be truthful and reflect your actual opinions and experiences.
- Include required advertising or sponsorship disclosures.
- Avoid false or misleading claims about TheHomeschoolingCompany, its services, educational outcomes, accreditation, legal compliance, or other matters.
3. Eligible Platforms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the standard program covers:
- TikTok
- Instagram Reels
- YouTube Shorts
4. View Compensation
The standard Creator Program rate is:
$5 for each 1,000 Qualified Views.
Qualified Views from eligible cross-posts of the same original piece of content are combined.
Unless otherwise approved in writing:
- Compensation is capped at $200 per original content piece, aggregated across all eligible platforms.
- Additional content does not qualify for view compensation unless TheHomeschoolingCompany approves it.
5. Qualified Views
Qualified Views are legitimate, organic views reported by an eligible platform.
Qualified Views do not include:
- Purchased views or engagement.
- Bot, automated, fraudulent, or artificially generated traffic.
- Views generated through prohibited engagement schemes.
- Views generated by paid promotion, boosting, or advertising unless expressly approved.
- Views on unauthorized copies of the content.
6. Cross-Posting
Creators are encouraged to post eligible content across multiple eligible platforms.
To be treated as one cross-posted content piece, versions should be substantially the same and should ordinarily be posted within seven days of each other.
Qualified Views from those posts will be added together for purposes of calculating compensation, subject to the per-piece payment cap.
7. Referral Bonuses
Creators may receive a unique referral link or code.
Unless another offer is provided in writing, TheHomeschoolingCompany will pay a $25 referral bonus for a new customer who:
- Uses the creator's assigned referral link or code.
- Becomes a subscriber.
8. Creator Access
TheHomeschoolingCompany may provide creators with free or discounted access to its services.
Creators do not pay to participate. We will set up a creator account and provide access so creators can use the product before making content about it.
Complimentary access may be extended, changed, or ended at TheHomeschoolingCompany's discretion.
9. Disclosures
Creators must clearly disclose their relationship with TheHomeschoolingCompany whenever required by law or platform policy.
Receiving free or discounted access may also require disclosure when discussing or endorsing TheHomeschoolingCompany publicly.
10. Content Ownership and Usage
You retain ownership of the content you create.
By submitting eligible content to the Creator Program, you grant TheHomeschoolingCompany a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to repost, display, embed, quote, crop, resize, caption, and otherwise reproduce the content through TheHomeschoolingCompany's owned websites, social accounts, emails, and other organic channels.
This license includes reasonable use of your name, account handle, image, voice, and likeness as they appear in the content.
Use of creator content as standalone paid advertising, whitelisted advertising, or materially altered advertising creative requires separate permission or agreement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11. Other People and Third-Party Material
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use all music, footage, images, trademarks, performances, and other material included in your content.
You are also responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from other people appearing in your content.
12. Payments
Creators must provide any information reasonably required to process payment, verify identity, or comply with tax and reporting obligations.
Payments may be withheld while required information is missing or while suspected fraud or policy violations are investigated.
Creators are responsible for their own taxes. TheHomeschoolingCompany may issue tax forms or collect tax information when required by law.
13. Independent Relationship
Participation in the Creator Program does not make you an employee, agent, representative, partner, or joint venturer of TheHomeschoolingCompany.
Creators control whether, when, and how they create content, subject to the eligibility requirements for receiving program compensation.
14. Removal and Termination
TheHomeschoolingCompany may reject a submission or remove a creator from the program for fraud, dishonesty, legal or platform-policy violations, misleading claims, abuse of the program, or other conduct that could reasonably harm the company or its users.
Amounts legitimately earned before termination remain payable unless the underlying content, traffic, or activity was ineligible.
15. Changes to the Program
TheHomeschoolingCompany may change program rates, limits, eligibility requirements, or other terms prospectively.
Changes will not reduce compensation already earned under the terms that applied when eligible performance occurred.
TheHomeschoolingCompany may pause or discontinue the Creator Program at any time.
16. Existing Terms
Use of TheHomeschoolingCompany remains subject to the company's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
If these Creator Program Terms conflict with the general Terms of Service, these Creator Program Terms control only with respect to participation in the Creator Program.
