How does our AP English Language and Composition course work?
Our Advanced English Language and Composition course combines direct teaching, guided practice, mentor feedback, and visible evidence. How do AP exam or portfolio logistics work for homeschoolers?
TheHomeschoolingCompany provides the curriculum and course record; it does not register a student for an AP Exam. Families arrange access through a participating school or test center and should contact local AP coordinators well before the current College Board ordering deadline.
Can this course appear as “AP English Language and Composition” on a transcript?
Framework alignment and AP Course Audit authorization are different things. We publicly title this course Advanced English Language and Composition. Parents issue the homeschool transcript, but the AP name should only be used when the course itself has completed the College Board AP Course Audit. We keep the completed work, feedback, scores, and course record together so you can document the course accurately.
